Parking Policy:
Self-parking will be available to guests complimentary. Parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis and hotel does not guarantee an available spot in our private lot(s).
Parking provided does not constitute a safekeeping agreement. Hotel Weyanoke assumes no liability for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the Hotel's premises or the contents thereof, except in cases of willful intent or gross negligence.
Smoking Policy:
Hotel Weyanoke is strictly Non-Smoking (non-vaping), indoors and outdoors. Guests can inquire at the Front Desk where smoking areas are located outside the property. Guests violating this policy in public spaces will be asked to leave the property. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guest room or balcony, the hotel will assess a $250 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio at the time of discovery, either before or after check-out.
Pet Policy:
Pets are permitted on Hotel Weyanoke property, excluding the restaurants. There is a one time, non-refundable fee of $75 at the time of check-in. A pet agreement is also signed stating damages to public areas or guest rooms will be an additional charge. Noise complaints of more than two will result in asking the guest and pet to leave the property or find alternative accommodations for the pet.
Outside Food & Beverage Policy:
No food or beverages of any kind can be brought into the Hotel Weyanoke restaurants, rooftop, or veranda by your or any of your guests, invitees or attendees without prior written consent from the hotel's authorized representative.

What Times Are Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in is a 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 4PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour day cancellation policy are subject to first night's room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.
Special Events and Weddings may have a different cancellation policy.
Does The Hotel Serve Breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary continental breakfast including grab-and-go food items, juices, and coffee.
Do You Offer In-Room Dining?
No, we do not offer room service. Effingham's does offer carryout by either calling or stopping at the desk.
Is There A Bar Or Restaurant On Your Property?
The hotel offers Effingham's, a casual eatery for lunch and dinner, Taproot Tavern, upscale dinner only, and Catbird Rooftop Bar offering food and drinks with a panoramic view of Farmville.

No, Hotel Weyanoke is a non-smoking property. A $250 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.

No, but we do partner with Longwood University. The front desk can provide guests with a pass to enter their Fitness Center located on campus.
